Born in 1962, Ramsay brings a wealth of life experience to the canvas — including loss, grief, joy, growth, and discovery. Deeply inspired by masters such as Michelangelo, Picasso, Dalí, Sargent, Cézanne, Matisse, and Van Gogh, he works from his home studio in Angus, Scotland.
A member of the Visual Arts Association, his work has been published internationally and exhibited at Galeria Azur, Berlin.
